Description
Tamari prepared from soy and salt, is a dense, rich and flavorful product. Produced following the best traditional method (fermenting for 18 months in a wooden barrel), it is ideal for enriching and flavoring recipes made from cereals, legumes, vegetables, seaweed, rice, pasta or salads.
Ingredients:
Soybeans* (45%), water, sea salt, salted shochu*(water, rice, salt, koji spores), koji spores
How to use:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and humidity. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
