Shipping

The territorial area for order deliveries is:

  • Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands (Correos Express)
  • We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The national service is managed by the transport agency CORREOS EXPRESS.

The customer must complete the shipping address at the time of placing the order. with your contact details: name and surname, email, and mobile number (contact number for the transport agency)

You can also pick up your order in store. On the shipping form, select the "Pick up in store" option, which is free .

Delivery times:

  • Peninsula: 2 to 3 working days*
  • Balearic Islands: 4 to 5 working days

* Orders placed after 12:00 will be delayed by 72 hours.

Shipping costs:

  • Mainland Spain: From €5.74 (May vary depending on the weight of the order)
  • Balearic Islands: From €15.95 (May vary depending on the weight of the order)
  • In-store pickup: FREE

*For orders costing €80 or more and weighing less than 15kg, shipping will be free.

    Shipping limitations

    For orders of 15kg or more, we recommend placing them via email at pedidos@casaperris.com

    Deliveries

    A first delivery attempt will be made to the address provided, and a second delivery will be attempted after prior notification by telephone if no one is present. If, after five (5) calendar days from the date of notification, the customer has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to Casa Perris.

    If the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or has any visible damage, we recommend that you refuse the order. Alternatively, you can accept it, noting on the delivery note that you will need to inspect the contents, and if possible, take photos of its condition for your subsequent claim. If the damage is not visible, you will have 48 hours to file a claim. Claims against the carrier will not be accepted after 48 hours.

    • Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay

    Casa Perris BCN SL does not store any payment-related data. The process is managed directly by the payment server website, and neither the company nor any third party has access to it.

    Returns and refunds

    Exchanges or returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.

    For returns without a justified reason, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

    Returns due to breakage, defective goods or errors in the processing of your order are made at no cost, refunding 100% of the cost of the goods, as well as the shipping and return costs.

    We do not accept exchanges or returns on:

    • Bulk products
    • Product opened or partially consumed
    • With the packaging in poor condition

    To process a return, please send an email to pedidos@casaperris.com with your order number, full name, and a description of the reason for the return.
