Purchase conditions

Shipping

The territorial scope for order deliveries is:

  • Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands (Correos Express)
  • European Community : Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands and Poland

The national service is managed by the transport agency CORREOS EXPRESS and for international orders they are made through DHL PARCEL.

The customer must complete the shipping address at the time of placing the order.

There is also the possibility of picking up the order in store. In the shipping form, select the “Pick up in store” option.

Delivery times:

  • Peninsula: 2 to 3 business days*
  • Balearics 4 to 5 business days
  • International (EC): 4 to 6 business days

* Orders placed after 12:00 will take 72 hours.

Shipping costs:

  • Peninsular Spain: €5.95 (From a purchase of €80, we discount €8*)
  • Balearic Islands: €15.95 (From €80 the cost of transport to the Balearic Islands will be €11)
  • International: €25 (From €80 the cost of international transport will be €20.05)
  • Picked up at the store: FREE

*The €8 discount will only be effective if the total amounts to €80 before applying VAT.

Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipping Limitation

For orders equal to or greater than 15kg, you must do so via email info@casaperris.com

Deliveries

A first delivery attempt will be made at the indicated address, and a second delivery with prior notice via telephone, in the case of absence. If, after five 5 calendar days from the date of the notice, the customer has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to Casa Perris.

In the event that the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or has any visible damage, we recommend that you reject the order, or you can also accept it by noting on the delivery note the reservation of content review, and to the extent possible, capture images of its status for later claim. If the damage is not visible, you will have 48 hours to make a claim. Transportation claims will not be accepted once 48 hours have passed.

Casa Perris BCN SL does not store any data related to payment. The process is managed directly by the Payment Server's website, without either the company or any third party being able to have access to them.

Returns and refunds

Exchanges or returns will only be accepted within 14 days of sale.

Returns without justified cause, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns due to breakages, defective merchandise or errors in the processing of your order are made free of charge, refunding 100% of the cost of the merchandise, as well as the costs of shipping and returning the merchandise.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on:

  • Bulk products
  • Product opened or partially consumed
  • With packaging in poor condition

To manage the return, send us an email to ventas@casaperris.com with the order number, full name and a description with the reason for the return.
