Zero Harmful Residue

At Casa Perris we package all bulk products in ktaft paper bags, closed with paper ribbons.

Those that require sealing and waterproof protection, a part of the packaging still uses a material of petrochemical origin, necessary to maintain the crunchy character of roasted, salted nuts, etc... for now we have not been able to find a 100% replaceable material. That is why we are in the process of using only 100% recycled and recyclable plastic.

Also, we use a PLA, a biocompostable plastic substitute in 12 weeks of contact with organic matter, for example, to protect the kraft bag inside when the order exceeds more than 2 kilos, in this way we avoid possible breakage of the bags.

We continue researching packaging made of 100% biodegradable materials for our CASA PERRIS brand packaging.

There is still a long way to go, and with everyone's collaboration we will make change possible. One of the measures we offer is to encourage our clients to reuse, bringing their own packaging (cloth bags, paper, Tupperware, etc.) and we will deduct 5 cents for each container brought.
