Soy sauce made following the best traditional method (fermenting for 18 months in a wooden barrel). Ideal for recipes based on cereals, legumes, vegetables and algae. Pasteurized product. Ingredients: Water, soybeans* (19%), wheat* (16%), sea salt, koji spores (Aspergillus oryzae).
