Japanese Kuzu Bio Casa Perris.
Kuzu is the starch obtained from the root of a jungle plant, used to prepare fruit jellies and special drinks such as the famous Ume-Sho-Kuzu. It can be used in soups, sauces, jellies, sweets, etc.
