Starch or sweet cassava starch
This starch is made from fermented cassava, does not contain gluten and has a smell reminiscent of yogurt or cheese. It can be used as a thickener and to make the famous Brazilian cheese bread. Mixed with other gluten-free flours we can make breads suitable for celiacs.SKU:091
