Description
Starches are basically carbohydrates and starch , while flours are made up of water, gluten and starch.
Cassava starch, also known as cassava starch, outperforms other starches due to its faster kneading process, since cassava has a stronger thickening force than wheat, corn or rice starch.
It is a very nutritious food, mild in flavor and easy to digest. Does not contain gluten.
You have to be careful, because starches do not dissolve in cold water and can form lumps if we do not dissolve them first. So, what we will have to do is dissolve them in a little warm water and add this preparation to the dough we are making, always hot, stirring and letting it thicken slowly.
We can also use the starches to coat and fry later. We will obtain a crispier batter.
