Creativity in the combination of ingredients is what makes each nougat special. In the case of chocolate and nuts nougat, the incorporation of nuts and raisins along with the combination of chocolate adds pleasant flavors and textures to the palate, mainly to that of children.
It is believed that chocolate and dried fruit nougat appeared for the first time in 1910, although there is no certainty about the authors of its creation, it is suspected that it was created by the master nougat makers of the province of Alicante.

- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Add the cocoa and hazelnut cream and mix well with the melted chocolate.
- Remove from heat and add the nuts. Stir well.
- Pour into a silicone mold or into a tetra carton cut lengthwise.
- Let cool for at least 24 hours in a cool, dry place.
