Description

Wakame is a seaweed with a mild flavor and meaty texture, an ingredient that can be combined in a multitude of dishes.
Rehydrate them by submerging them in water for 10 minutes and then you can use them in salads, croquettes or omelettes. You can also add them directly to soups, stews or rice at the beginning of cooking.
