Description
This tiny, dark yellow cereal is rich in protein and minerals. It does not contain gluten and is easily digestible.
Its texture, once cooked, is more compact than peeled millet, which is why it is indicated in the preparation of creams, purees and vegan burgers.
It should be cooked for about 15 minutes with 3 measures of water for one of millet.
