Description
Produced from selected whole lemons, washed, cut (losing the juice and leaving mostly the shell) and dehydrated.
It provides an aromatic touch to infusions, vinaigrettes, salads or in pastries: jellies, biscuits and pastry creams.
Preparation :
Put 10 grams of product in 150 ml. of cold water and let it rest for 10 minutes
