Description

This flour is ground in an artisanal stone mill located in Murcia, specialized exclusively in grinding gluten-free cereals. They use whole corn kernels in the process, followed by careful extraction of any possible skin remains that have not been sufficiently crushed initially. Corn, known to be a high-energy food, is the only cereal that contains substantial amounts of carotene (vitamin A).
