Description
Valencian Garrofón is an essential ingredient for the correct preparation of Valencian Paella. Grown traditionally in the Valencian garden for generations, selected and packaged in an artisanal way. Its very thin skin and creamy texture differentiate it from other garrofones that once cooked are mealy and dry.Cooking time : We will soak the beans overnight. The next day we change the water and boil it for 45 minutes. The cooking time is calculated with traditional cooking (not pressure cooker) and with mineral water.
