Turmeric tea and manuka honey

-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-1 pinch of ground ginger
-1 pinch of ground black pepper
-1 teaspoon coconut oil
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract or natural vanilla
-1 teaspoon of manuka honey 100+ MGO
-240 ml of almond milk

2. Once all the ingredients are well combined and your kitchen smells heavenly, it's time to remove it from the heat. Now, either with a blender or a milk frother directly in the cup you'll be drinking it from, whisk until you create a rich foam.
