This bread stands out for its sweet and aromatic touch, since it is made with cane molasses and for not using baker's yeast, but rather baking soda. Another curiosity is that instead of water, milk with lemon juice is used, which makes the bread spongy. Making wheat, rye and molasses bread has become a favorite recipe for many people, this is due to several reasons. On the one hand, its ingredients are basic and traditional, so it shouldn't be a headache to find them. On the other hand, it is ideal for afternoon snacks, sometimes it is accompanied with coffee or infusions, other times it is served with jam, butter with honey, among other combinations. It can also be accompanied with matured cheeses or sausages with strong flavors. And if that were not enough, it is a very healthy bread since it is low in fat, does not contain refined sugar, essences or oils.
