Making bread by combining it with healthy and natural ingredients such as raisins and nuts intensifies the possibility of how tasty, how nutritious and how fun it can be to prepare your own bread and enjoy it with your loved ones. All in a unique recipe that requires light cooking without an oven! Ingredients (2 rolls)
  • 60 g mixed nuts and raisins
  • 150 g mineral water
  • 1 g dry baker's yeast
  • 250 g Zamora flour
  • 4 g salt
  • 10 g olive oil
Preparation (90 minutes approx.): 1. Cover the nuts and raisins with water. Reserve 2. Heat the water slightly and add the yeast. Reserve 3. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and oil and stir. Add the water along with the yeast and knead until the dough begins to be sticky. 4. Drain the walnuts and raisins and break the walnuts into pieces. Let it ferment for about 40 minutes or until it doubles in volume. 6. Divide the dough in 2 and form two rectangles about 2 cm thick. Leave to sit for 10 minutes. 7. Heat a frying pan and put the first bread. Lower the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Cook the bread for about 3 minutes. Turn over and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes, covered. 8. Repeat the process with the other bread. 9. Let the bread cool and eat. Enjoy!
