This time we explain how to make a delicious legume cake, using seasonal ingredients that, combined, surprise with their power of flavor. To make this recipe perfect for people who do not consume foods of animal origin, we have added some variants: vegetable milk (you can choose your favorite, between oats, rice or soy), tahini (made with sesame or sesame seeds and extremely heart-healthy) and various spices, which help improve the digestion of the legume mixture. We also advise you to use legumes that you can prepare yourself by soaking the day before. This way you will preserve all its flavor and your cake will be even more delicious.
