INGREDIENTS 300gr Milk chocolate 50g sunflower oil 90g puffed rice PREPARATION 1. Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie together with the sunflower oil
2. Turn off the heat and mix with the puffed rice
3. Pour the mixture into an elongated mold covered with parchment paper and plastic wrap.
4. Close and press well so that when it cools everything is compact
5. It is necessary to put weight on it to help the process
6. Once the 8 hours have passed in the cold, take your nougat out of the refrigerator and ready to eat!!
