Chocolate nougat is a product of Swiss origin made with chocolate and puffed rice. Its presence on Christmas tables has made it one of the traditional ones, and it is the ideal sweet to give to the little ones in the house. It is characterized by being crunchy when you bite into it and this is thanks to the puffed rice grains, which makes it unforgettable!
RECIPE FOR SUCHARD NOUGAT OR CHOCOLATE NOUGAT AND Puffed RICE
INGREDIENTS
300gr Milk chocolate
50g sunflower oil
90g puffed rice
PREPARATION
1. Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie together with the sunflower oil
2. Turn off the heat and mix with the puffed rice
3. Pour the mixture into an elongated mold covered with parchment paper and plastic wrap.
4. Close and press well so that when it cools everything is compact
5. It is necessary to put weight on it to help the process
6. Once the 8 hours have passed in the cold, take your nougat out of the refrigerator and ready to eat!!
