INGREDIENTS FOR THE BASE:
- 120 g almond flour
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa cream, hazelnuts or peanuts
- agave syrup
INGREDIENTS FOR THE STUFFING:
- 130 g frozen blueberries
- 80 g frozen blackberries
- 100 g raw cashews
- Natural almond yogurt
- 120 gr of almond vegetable drink
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- One tablespoon of vanilla extract
- A teaspoon of agar agar
Preparation:
- Soak the blueberries in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. And then drain them well.
-Place all the ingredients for the base in a bowl and mix them until you get a kind of dough.
-Place molding paper on the bottom and expand the dough until compact. Store in the freezer.
