You need:
● 2 heaped tablespoons of chia
● 1 yogurt (whatever you want)
● Fresh or frozen blueberries.
● Hazelnuts .
● Cereal or granola.
● Agave to taste.
● Dehydrated lemon

Elaboration:

■ Mix the chia with the yogurt (better the night before) if not a couple of hours.
■ Put a few blueberries in the microwave and make an express jam. A minute or so.
■ Alternate the layers, first the Cornflakes, the yogurt with the chia, the jam.
■ Add the toppings you like, I have added whole blueberries, hazelnuts, dehydrated lemon (if you don't have lemon zest) the contrast is brutal. And a good splash of agave.
