Today we want to share a recipe that captured our palate first, for its pleasant flavor and second, for its easy preparation that will not take you more than 10 minutes in the morning. Ingredients (1 bowl)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen apricot
  • 100 g fresh raspberries
  • Optional sweetener: honey, brown sugar, sugar, stevia?

Preparation (10 minutes approx.): 1. The day before, peel a banana, wrap it well with plastic wrap so it doesn't rust, and leave it in the freezer overnight.
