ALMOND AND DARK CHOCOLATE ROCKS
Ingredients (12 units)
- 100 g drops of 70% cocoa dark chocolate (if you want sweeter, use 53% cocoa chocolate)
- 100 g almond sticks
Preparation (90 minutes approx.):
1. Cover a baking tray with sulfurized paper.
2. Put the almond sticks in a frying pan and toast them over very low heat. Stir from time to time, constantly monitoring so that the almonds do not burn.
3. When the almond sticks are toasted, place them on a large tray or plate to cool.
4. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in batches of 20 seconds.
5. When the chocolate is melted, add the cold almond sticks and mix well.
6. With the help of a spoon, make small piles of the chocolate and almond mixture and place them on the baking tray.
7. When all the rocks are formed, place the tray in a cool, moisture-free place.
8. If the tray is placed in the refrigerator, the cornflake rocks should be covered so that moisture does not come into contact with the chocolate.
9. Let the rocks cool for about an hour.
