CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES RECIPE

Ingredients (approx. 25 truffles):
  • 280 g chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon whiskey (optional)
To decorate:
  • Chocolate noodles
  • cocoa powder
  • grated coconut
  • Almond granules
Preparation (3-4 hours in total): 1. Melt the chocolate together with the coconut milk in a bain-marie to prevent the mixture from burning. 2. When we have a homogeneous mixture, remove from the heat and add the whiskey and mix well again. 3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours or until hard. 4. With the help of a spoon, form balls with your hand and coat them with chocolate noodles, cocoa, grated coconut, etc. We recommend doing this step with silicone or latex gloves to avoid getting too dirty. 5.
