The recipe for ''Hazelnut and Chocolate Popsicles'' is a treat that we should all have in the refrigerator, especially in summer. Its preparation is so simple that it does not take more than 1 hour, although keep in mind that for the dessert to be ready to eat it is necessary to wait for it to refrigerate for at least 3 more hours, so it will take 4 hours to be eaten. . In the coating process, it is required that the poles be compacted due to the cold, so that they can be dipped in chocolate. Then, you put it back in the refrigerator so the chocolate can harden. This recipe has its variations according to the region of preparation, you can alternate the banana with yogurt or cream, depending on each person's taste. - 65 g raw hazelnuts
- 280 ml mineral water
- 2 bananas
- 100 g hazelnut puree
- 1 level tablespoon of cocoa powder
- sweetener
- 100 g 70% cocoa chocolate
- 20 g coconut oil
2. In the same jar, put the two peeled and cut bananas, the hazelnut milk, the hazelnut puree and, if desired, cocoa powder and sweetener (honey, sugar, syrup?).
Blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
