For this occasion we have thought of a dessert that is delicious and healthy for children, so. . . What's better than pumpkin waffles? An originally American dessert known as Auyama Waffles that became popular in Europe after the manufacture of the first waffle irons. Blessed invention! The waffles are fluffy and children love them, you can prepare them for breakfast or snacks. There is also a variation of this recipe based on ripe bananas instead of pumpkin. It is worth trying!, but we have brought our recipe today as is as @Guinda.Guindilla has made it, taking advantage of the fact that she debuted her waffle. Ingredients :
  • 1 cup of oat flour. See in store
  • 1/4 cup of hazelnut vegetable drink.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Royal yeast.
  • Dash of agave to your liking.
  • The toppings you like. I strawberries, chocolate and powdered sugar.
  • Vanilla essence, a few drops to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons of spiced pumpkin. (Baked pumpkin mashed with a pinch of ginger, cardamom, cinnamon)
1. Mix the pumpkin with the other ingredients except the toppings and make a thick paste. Play with the liquid and add more or less vegetable drink or add a little more flour. 2. The dough has to be thick and sticky. 3. With a spoon, pour into the previously greased waffle maker. 4. Wait about 2 minutes per waffle for them to cook well. 5. Serve with agave, nut cream or powdered sugar on top. You can also replace the pumpkin with a small or 1/2 large ripe banana. They are amazing. You can see more Guinda.guindilla recipes here
