Ingredients (14 units):
- 40 g oat flour
- 80 g brown rice flour
- 140 g tahini (can be raw or roasted)
- 95 g soft honey (lemon, orange blossom, acacia...)
- 70% cocoa chocolate medallions (can also be white chocolate, milk chocolate, etc.)
- raw white sesame
- black sesame
3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 14 balls.
5. Slightly flatten each of the dough balls and place 2 chocolate medallions in the center. Form a ball so that the chocolate remains inside the cookie.
Repeat this process with all the balls.
6. Roll the cookies through white and black sesame seeds and crush them lightly with your hands.
