Recipe to make up to 18 peanut butter, oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients (16/18 cookies)
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g unsweetened and unsalted peanut butter
  • 75 g ground panela
  • 100 g loose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g fine oat flakes
  • 4 tablespoons milk (plant or animal origin)
  • 50 g chocolate chips with 50% cocoa
Preparation (30 minutes approx.): 1. Heat the oven to 180ºC 2. In a large bowl, beat the butter, peanut butter and panela until you get a creamy mixture. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead with your hands until the dough is homogeneous. 4. Make balls the size of a walnut and flatten them a little until they are shaped like a cookie. 5. Place the cookies on a baking tray leaving space between them. 6. Bake the cookies for about 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. 7. Let the cookies cool on the tray so that they do not break or deform. 8. Once cool, remove the cookies from the tray and store them in an airtight container if they are not consumed immediately.
