OATMEAL COOKIE RECIPE

Ingredients (30 units)
  • 200 g butter
  • 70 g white sugar
  • 50 g ground panela
  • 230 g fine oat flakes
  • 175 g loose flour
  • 5 g chemical yeast
Optional: Ground cardamom, cinnamon, ginger powder, vanilla? Preparation (45 minutes approx.): 1. Heat the oven to 180ºC. 2. Beat the butter together with the 2 types of sugar until the mixture is creamy. 3. Add the oat flakes, flour and yeast and knead with your hands. 4. Divide the dough into 30 balls of the same weight. 5. Flatten the dough balls and place them on two baking trays. 6. Bake the cookies for about 12-15 minutes. 7. Let the cookies cool. Enjoy!
