Follow our recipe, you will see that it is simple and with easy-to-find ingredients, it is prepared in just 15 minutes and it is recommended to eat it after refrigerating it for three hours in the refrigerator, this will give it a special touch of hardness. Serve it in glasses, glasses or special candy bowls and if you want you can decorate with a touch of cinnamon powder or if you prefer, place a whole cookie on it. Ingredients (4 servings)
  • 50 g cookies with sesame
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g semi-skimmed milk
  • 55 g ground panela
  • 15 corn starch
Preparation (15 minutes + 3 hours cold rest): 1. Crush the cookies until you obtain a texture similar to breadcrumbs. 2. Mix the cream, milk, panela and starch until it has dissolved. 3. Add the crushed cookies and heat the mixture without stirring until it thickens. 4. Pour the cream into 4 glasses or cups and let cool at room temperature for one hour. 5. Put the glasses in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, covered with plastic wrap. Enjoy!
