2 CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients (about 20 cookies):
  • 75 g white sugar
  • 75 g brown sugar
  • 60 g butter at room temperature
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • pulp of 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 egg
  • 170 g wheat flour for biscuits
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 75 g dark chocolate and milk chocolate, chopped
Preparation (1 hour approx.): If you want to find large pieces in the cookies, we recommend using chocolate bars and chopping them with a knife. Chocolate also works in the form of nuggets. 1. Beat the 2 types of sugar together with the butter, salt and the pulp of a vanilla bean. 2. When the mixture is creamy, add an egg and beat. At this point it seems that the dough is cut but nothing happens. 3. Sift the flour together with the baking soda and add it in batches to the previous mixture. Mix with the help of a spatula. 4. Finally add the chocolate pieces or chips. Mix well. 5. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator while the oven heats up. 6. Heat the oven to 180ºC. 7. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and form 20 balls of the same size. 8. Place the dough balls on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Place the balls with enough space between them so that they do not stick and in batches of 10 cookies. 9. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes. When you take them out they have to be soft since they harden when they cool. 10. Let the cookies cool on a rack and repeat the process with the next batch of cookies. Enjoy!
