Healthy brownie recipe

Ingredients

For the liquid part:

-A tablespoon of almond, coconut and date cream

-Half ripe banana without peel (80g)

-A teaspoon of vanilla extract
-100g organic oat drink
-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
-4 tablespoons of birch sugar or any other
-Half a bar of dark chocolate without added sugar (65g) + a tablespoon of coconut oil
For the solid part:
-80g buckwheat flour
-50g almond flour
-A teaspoon of baking powder
-A tablespoon of 100% pure cocoa
-2 handfuls of dark chocolate drops
Elaboration: 1. Melt the dark chocolate bar with the coconut oil and transfer it to a bowl. 2. Mash the banana with a fork until it turns into mush and add it too. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients for the liquid part. Stir well. 4. Add all the ingredients for the solid part and mix again. 5. Preheat the oven for 15 min at 180°. 6. Pour the mixture into a container with baking paper underneath and bake for about 30-35 minutes at the same temperature. (Time may vary depending on each oven) 7. After 30 minutes, remove the brownie from the oven and let it cool on a rack.
