A good breakfast will help us have greater concentration in our work and, in general, contributes to improving our well-being. Therefore, we present the recipe for a simple brownie that instead of sugar has stevia, a natural sweetener with zero calories and with banana and dark chocolate, two ingredients that will give you the energy you need.

INGREDIENTS

  • Oatmeal
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Stevia
  • Plant milk
  • dark chocolate powder

  PREPARATION: 1. In a cup add all these ingredients and mix them with the help of a fork: 1 mashed banana on a separate plate 1 small spoonful of vanilla extract 1 pinch of cinnamon 1 tablespoon of Stevia 6 Tablespoons of vegetable milk 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 3/4 cup oat flour 2.
