INGREDIENTS 8 medjul dates (See in store) 150gr. chocolate to melt 1 tbsp. coconut oil 3cd. almond kernels topping (grated coconut, almond kernels, sesame seeds) Elaboration: First we remove the stones from the dates and fill them with the peanut butter one by one. (We reserve it in the refrigerator) In a bowl we melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Once melted, add the almond kernels and mix well. We take the dates out of the refrigerator and dip them in the chocolate until they are completely coated one by one. Then we put it on a tray on greaseproof paper and add the topping. We put it in the refrigerator to solidify.
