Whole wheat chocolate cake with pecan nuts

Fit, healthy and healthy chocolate cake

Ingredients:

For the solid part:
240g whole wheat flour
A tablespoon of pure cocoa
One tablespoon of baking powder
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
6-7 tablespoons of birch sugar or any other
For the liquid part:
250g of spelled wheat drink, rice, hazelnuts and oats
5 tablespoons EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar To add later:
2 handfuls of chopped pecans

Elaboration:

Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180°. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the solid part. Add all the ingredients for the liquid part and mix again. Add the pecans and stir well. Transfer the mixture to a mold with baking paper underneath and bake for 40-45 minutes at the same temperature. Then take out the cake and let it cool on a rack.
