Fit Chocolate and Pecan Cake

Healthy, fit chocolate cake

Ingredients:

Dry:
240g of wholemeal flour
A tablespoon of pure cocoa
One tablespoon of baking powder
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
6-7 tablespoons of birch sugar or any other
2 handfuls of chopped pecans
Liquids:
250g of spelt wheat, rice, hazelnut and oat drink
5 tablespoons of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. To add later:

Elaboration:

Preheat the oven to 180°C for 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dry part.
Add all the ingredients for the liquid part and mix again. Add the pecans and stir well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes at the same temperature.
Then take the cake out and let it cool on a wire rack.
