  • 120 g coarse bulgur
  • 1 cucumber
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • pinions
  • sultanas
  • Fresh mint
  • splash of lemon juice
  • freshly ground pepper mix
  • salt
  • oil
Preparation (1 hour approx.): 1. Wash the bulgur to remove the starch. 2. Boil water with a little salt. When it boils, turn off the heat and add the bulgur. Stir and leave covered for 7 minutes. 3. Drain the bulgur and let it cool in a colander, stirring occasionally. 4. Once tempered, place the bulgur in the refrigerator to completely cool. 5. Cut the cucumber, tomatoes and mint. 6. Mix all the ingredients and season with oil, lemon juice and pepper. 7. Serve very cold Enjoy!
