Its preparation is simple, although it can take 45 minutes to prepare correctly. Its steps are simple and it does not have any special secrets, so the one at home can be as delicious as the one prepared in any specialized place.

Ingredients (2 glasses)
- 3 tablespoons large tapioca balls
- water to boil the tapioca pearls
- 500 g mineral water
- 1 piece dried ginger
- panela (to taste)
- 10 g Gunpowder tea 2nd quality
- 1 lemon
Preparation (45 minutes approx.):
1. In a saucepan, boil the tapioca balls for between 25 and 35 minutes, depending on the texture we want.
2. Strain and rinse the tapioca balls well. Cover them with cold water and set them aside.
3. In a saucepan, mix 500 ml of water, dry ginger and brown sugar. Boil for about 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
4. Add the tea and let it infuse for about 3 minutes.
5. Take out the piece of ginger and pour the tea into a jug. Add ice cubes, lemon slices and mix well.
6. Finally, strain the tapioca pearls and add them to the jar.
7. Serve very cold
