RECIPE FOR BAKED CHINESE EGGPLANTS
Ingredients
2 pretty eggplants.
1/2 tablespoon grated or powdered ginger.
2 grated garlic.
2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce.
1 tablespoon agave syrup.
1 tablespoon of vinegar.
1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil.
Sesame seeds
Dill.
Tahini.
Elaboration
Mix the grated garlic with the tamari, ginger, evoo, syrup and vinegar in a bowl.
Cut the Eggplants lengthwise, making cross-shaped cuts in the meat of the eggplant.
Brush the eggplant well with the sauce and bake for about 45 minutes at 180°C.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and a splash of tahini on top.
Accompany it with the
turmeric rice available in the store, super aromatic and delicious.
