Let's prepare this delicious recipe!

  1. 1 -We start by washing the quinoa under running water. Then, we put it to cook in a pot with water and a touch of salt, leaving it for about 15 minutes.
  2. 2 -We drain the quinoa carefully and set it aside.
  3. 3 -Meanwhile, we clean, peel and finely cut the garlic, ready to give it that touch of special flavor.
  4. 4 -In a frying pan with olive oil, let the garlic brown, being careful not to burn it.
  5. 5 -When the garlic is golden brown, we add the textured soybeans, which have been soaked for about 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
  1. ½ red pepper
  2. ½ yellow pepper
  3. ½ green pepper
  4. 4 mushrooms
  5. 1 tsp Curry
  6. 1 tsp Turmeric
  7. Plant milk
  8. 50 grams of brown rice
  9. 30 grams of coarse textured soybeans
