Ingredients (makes 6 cups):

The steps are very simple, we only recommend that before starting you prepare all the ingredients, the spices and that the pumpkin (if you are going to prepare the puree at home) take it out of the refrigerator a while beforehand, this way you will make the process easier. remove the skin and cut it.
      • It is important for coffee to be of quality and strong, to achieve contrast with the sweetness of some ingredients. Prepare a large pot filled with coffee and set aside. Be careful, the coffee must be kept hot.
      • To make the puree, peel and chop the pumpkin without the seeds or threads inside. Put it in a pot with water to cover, and let it cook over medium heat. The time depends on the amount of pumpkin, and for this recipe you don't need too much, a medium piece works fine. Remove from the heat when it is already soft and blend with a food mill or hand blender. Booking.
      • Heat the milk over medium heat without letting it boil. Add 90 grams of pumpkin puree, 90 grams of brown sugar and the spices to the hot milk. Mix well so that all the ingredients are integrated.
      • Cook the mixture over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all the aromas are integrated and your kitchen smells wonderful. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
      • Divide the hot coffee among 6 cups and then pour the milk and spice mixture over the coffee.
      • It's ready! Now you can give it an extra touch by whipping the cold cream and sprinkling a little cinnamon.
