Gunpowder green tea gets its name from the rounded shape of its leaves . These are steamed, then rolled into balls, and finally dried. The flavor of this tea is intense, sweet, and very aromatic. Although it contains little caffeine, Gunpowder green tea is a great metabolism booster and a valuable aid in weight-loss diets. It helps eliminate fluids, improves blood circulation, and its fluoride and magnesium content protects against cavities and oral bacteria.
