Description
Sencha green tea, leaves. Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze
Japanese green tea or Sencha is characterized by its low oxidation and not being fermented. To obtain Sencha tea, the fresh leaves are collected, scalded, pressed and then crushed and dried.
Sencha tea stands out for its high diuretic power and its ability to regulate intestinal transit . It is perfect for eliminating fluids and relieving the feeling of bloating.
We must highlight the antioxidant power of this type of tea, as it is rich in vitamins C and E and carotenes.
Preparation : Infuse a teaspoon of tea at 80ºC for 3-4 minutes. It can be taken hot or cold.
