Pu Erh red tea is produced in the Chinese province of Yunnan and is made from green tea leaves through a bacterial ripening process. The color of the infusion is reddish and the flavor is strong and intense and a little smoky. Red tea contains theine and a large amount of antioxidants. These help us reduce cholesterol, avoid body oxidation and cleanse the liver. Preparation: Infuse a teaspoon of tea at 95ºC for 3 minutes.
