Ceylon BOP (Broken Orange Pekoe) black tea is a Sri Lankan black tea that is made from tea leaves broken or split during the manufacturing process of other teas. This tea has a high theine content, is very aromatic, fruity and astringent, thanks to the fermentation and oxidation process. Preparation: Infuse a teaspoon of Ceylan BOP black tea at 95ºC for 5 minutes.
