Ceylon BOP (Broken Orange Pekoe) black tea is a Sri Lankan black tea made from tea leaves that are broken or split during the manufacturing process of other teas. This tea has a high caffeine content and is very aromatic, fruity, and astringent, thanks to the fermentation and oxidation process.

Preparation: Infuse a teaspoon of Ceylan BOP black tea at 95ºC for 5 minutes.
