Earl Grey tea is a black tea flavored with bergamot essential oil. Bergamot is a citrus fruit that gives black tea an impressive and delicious citrus note. Along with the properties of bergamot, black tea provides us with a large number of antioxidants and helps us eliminate fluids and toxins.

Preparation: Infuse a teaspoon of this tea at 90ºC for 3-4 minutes.
