Guttiau bread is a traditional Sardinian variety, derived from "pane carasau". It is a very thin and crunchy bread, similar to a cracker. It is made with wheat flour, water, yeast and salt, and is differentiated by the addition of olive oil and salt after baking.Characteristics:
