Description
Irish moss algae. Widely used in salads, scrambled eggs, soups, creams, stews and stews. Breaded and fried.
It is recommended to soak in water with a little salt for 5 minutes. When hydrated it increases 4 times its dry weight. Cook for 30 minutes
