Sea moss seaweed. Widely used in salads, scrambled eggs, soups, creams, stews, and casseroles. Battered and fried.

It is recommended to soak it in water with a little salt for 5 minutes. When hydrated, it increases four times its dry weight. Cook for 30 minutes.
