SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS OF THYME HONEY:

Visual appearance: From light amber to amber. Maximum 84 mm Depth, although frequently 50 to 84 mm Depth; It may have a slight reddish hue.

Aroma: Floral with a clear phenolic component, very intense and very persistent.

Mouth sensation: Sweet taste, with a clear acid component.

Touch: Little tendency to crystallization.

MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF POLLEN: Tymus sp. 12%
Production area: Limestone areas of the two peninsular plateaus and foothills of the mountain massifs.
