BIO bitter orange jam

Description

This jam is made with Sicilian oranges that are harvested at their optimal point of ripeness. Thanks to the microclimate present in this area near the Etna volcano, these oranges have a unique color. The slightly bitter flavor of oranges combines very well with chocolate, coffee and fresh goat cheese.
